CHOIR has received a National Center of Excellence award in collaboration with the Dartmouth Institute for the Clinical and Evaluative Sciences and the High Value Healthcare Collaborative. The award is one of three established by a five-year, $52 million Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) grant to study high-performing health care systems and their ability to adopt and implement evidence-based medicine.
